As per the Covenants of each Association, all Association Homeowners are required to submit an Architectural Request Form to the Architectural Review Committee prior to making any changes to the outside appearance of their homes, yards, fences, and gates within the specified Association.
Architectural Review Committees are made up of Volunteer Homeowners who are knowledgeable on the Covenants, architectural guidelines, and the specified city building codes.
The Architectural Review Committee will evaluate the Architectural Request Form and return their approval or denial to the Homeowner within 30 days of receiving the form.
Please complete the online Architectural Request Form & submit your request. Make sure you are very detailed with your request because this makes it easier for the committee to approve the request. A staff member of BNC will confirm receipt of your request within 24 hours of receiving the completed online form. Subsequent to this, a member of the Architectural Committee will contact you to discuss your request further.
